useful fridge professional staff ideal location
i found a little fridge in the room it was very useful the staff were friendly and professional the room was nicely decorated. i found the location ideal as the city centre was quite close.
the carpet in my room was to have not been cleaned well by the previous occupant i notified reception but it was not addressed

non-working telephone missing ramp
the location was acceptable. the breakfast had sufficient choices.
the room telephone didn't work, i couldn't call reception. there was no ramp to help get suitcases up the stairs. there were no extra blankets in the room. i had to go downstairs to reception late at night to get one, a real inconvenience.

The hotel location facilitates effortless exploration of nearby attractions. the staff is helpful. Their attentive service elevated my experience. the breakfast selection offered ample choices with consistently fresh options, and i also appreciated the fast replenishment of food items.
the window lacked proper ventilation, causing a noticeable draft and making the floor cold near it.

breakfast was very good!!! it had a big selection of different items for everyone and was also tasty. breakfast food was replenished quickly if it had ran out, which i appreciated. the staff cleared empty plates promptly.

The seating area on the ground floor is great. It provides plenty of seats, tables and comfortable sofas. multiple tvs were placed around the ground floor. the patio section outside was inviting to sit in at night with the ambient lights.

the room included a big tv. the towels and toilet roll were replaced daily. this meant we did not need to ask for replacements. the room had everything we needed, i felt secure with the door key access for the lift.

i was able to check in early, a significant convenience as my arrival was hours ahead of schedule. i appreciated the text messages i received, these messages verified that my needs were met. the staff were quick to clear empty plates.

the room featured a useful fridge and hairdryer. i found an ironing board available. the beds were comfortable and of good size. i appreciated the very clean twin bedded room.
